• What types of leases are offered?

   A: We offer month-to-month for individual storage or commercial, and 1-3 years for commercial building space.

• What type of payments do you take?

   A: We can take check, cash, credit card (no fee), ACH, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App for payments.

• What do I need to rent a spot?

   A: You will need your driver’s license or ID card, your email address, along with two months' payment - for 1st month's rent and a one-month refundable deposit. Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your time with us (assuming terms of lease have been upheld).
